Minster’s strategy is to acquire clinical-stage products and then to maximise their value through the Company’s core competence in drug development. The Company’s commercialisation strategy is to outlicense its compounds to marketing partners on a global or regional basis at an appropriate point in the products’ development but ahead of regulatory submission for marketing authorisation. Minster has adopted an outsourced business model for functions such as clinical trial management allowing resources to be focussed on the Company’s development assets.
